THE LOWER BAR DOES NOT LIGHT UP...

Sorry to hear about the defective strip. Please contact support@phanteksusa.com with your order # and a picture of the defective strip and we'll assist you on a replacement strip if needed.
The lights look good once fully connected. Unfortunately, I had to use 3 separate cables to get everything working properly. The main cable does not supply enough power to make everything work. You will need an extra 3 pin extension for each 2 segments of light bars. Now that I have everything working, there is a 2 inch segment of the top light bar that still does not illuminate.

Don't waste your money on these light or any other Phanteks products. I regret ever hearing the name Phanteks and buying into their ecosystem. The lights don't work and the additional control box nothing will plug in because of piss poor quality control. Do yourself a favor and do a lot more research then I did.
The way these are installed is straight forward, but depending on if a top radiator is installed, there may be some interference. Also make sure you have a rgb hub that supports at least 140 leds, or in that range.
