Best case I've ever seen!
I received my NV9 black mk2, and..... Just wow!!! I am not ready to be able to build yet (unless you can hook me up with buying a 5090), so I was just inspecting the case. I wanted to make sure everything was there, no damage or anything from shipping etc. Just being safe since I'm burning warranty/rma time etc with it sitting in the box until I'm ready. I couldn't believe what I saw. I knew it was good, I watched jayztwocents do a box opening video, but it's not the same as seeing it. The packaging was impressive, very nicely put together. The stowing of the parts and manual behind the back door, brilliant. The plastic container with the screws and such sorted amazing! The manual, and I really can't believe I'm excited about a product manual to a pc case, but wow! So easy to read, the information is very detailed, color coded even, and the best product manual I've ever seen from a PC component. Then I start removing each of the panels to check it out and inspect everything. So easy to do, and yet it isn't flimsy or anything due to that. The panels aren't bowing in my hands as I hold them. The way it assembles and disassembles was so intuitive and easy. The built in cable management, the attention to every little detail, the padding for the power supply and motherboard, etc. I could go on and on and on. Everything about this case is impressive. I will gladly share it with anyone looking to buy a PC case! I can't tell you enough how impressed I am with this product. You all are the best! Thank you for such a wonderful PC case!

Nice case
The case came nicely packed and etc. I like that they included a cover on the case. A couple of things they could have added 2 more USB A ports and added like some other case manufacturers add 4 or 6 preinstalled case fans. I mentioned that because of the price of the case it's self. I'm happy with the case so far.

Awesome, but 1 small change needed.
This case is big, but I actually like it space wise over the Lian Li EVO XL. Great to work in. RGB add-on great choice. I have 3 420 Rads and a 240 on the back. Fits great. (Tight but great) one small change, the drain port when you add a drain fitting on the back side you can not close the door. The metal frame is about 15mm to to tall preventing it to fully close. It will close with a slim 240 rad mounted on the back side. (Fixed my issue with a hack saw, but voids any warranty and resale value. Otherwise extremely happy with this case if you are doing an overkill custom loop.
