Return Policy
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER SUPPLIED BY PHANTEKSUSA.com. You must call 1-909-598-2115 and speak to a return specialist or email support@phanteksusa.com for authorization. PhanteksUSA.com will authorize returns under the following conditions:
A.   Customer Responsibility- Customer responsible for all return shipping costs, IF:
   1. Customer cancelled order after unit has shipped from PhanteksUSA.com.
   2. Customer refuses unit at time of delivery for any reason other than damaged package.
   3. Customer can not be reached or does not contact the shipping company back within 3 attempts of initial contact. At which point PhanteksUSA.com will determine the unit undeliverable.
   4. Buyer's Remorse - Authorization to return the unit must be made within 30 days from receipt of product.

All original packaging must accompany the returned product to avoid a restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee will apply for missing or damaged packaging or accessories.

B.   PhanteksUSA.com's Responsibility - PhanteksUSA.com will assume all shipping charges, IF:
      1. Noted visible packaging damage and refused delivery. Customer should contact PhanteksUSA.com to inform them of refused delivery. No Return Authorization will be issued in this situation (damage of package must be noted on delivery receipt).
     2. Noted visible packaging damage received delivery (damage of package must be noted on delivery receipt).
     3. Customer received unit other than what he/she ordered.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Customers with a return will be refunded once the unit is received back by PhanteksUSA.com. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Exchanges

A security deposit will be required for all exchanged units. The security deposit funds will be refunded once the returned unit has been received back by PhanteksUSA.com.

Loving the phanteks nv5 case & the D30s are amazing

I love the case!!!

It looks super cool. I would give it 5 stars but there is one problem I'm having and it's with the RGB strip in the case. I know it is user error as this is the first PC I have built. If I had one thing I'd ask for is more detailed instructions on how to plug in the RGB in the manual to the case or the motherboard.

Best and probably most fun to build in case.

I moved my parts from a Corsair 4000D into this case and I gotta say I'm really happy with how modular it is. I didn't realize the front of the PSU shroud came off and it made it a lot easier to add new cables into the case. I wish i heard of this case prior to purchasing the corsair case. Its bigger, much nicer, and MUCH easier to build in. The end result was almost stunning and now I feel the need to get some nicer cables to accommodate the upgrade in housing but overall amazing case for 100 bucks.

Solid Case for the Price

I recently built my first PC and wasn't sure which case I wanted to go with. I just knew I wanted some kind of display case to show off the RGB elements of my build.

This case arrived in very protective packaging, was easy to take apart and put together and is made of solid material.

The added straps in the back allowed me to organize my cables more easily than without and the case made it easy to thread cable to where I needed it.

Having the silicone flaps next to the motherboard and side fans made it much easier to route cable and you can't even tell they're there. No gaps or spaces.

Overall solid case for the price.
