Description:

The Phanteks NV9 is a full-tower chassis, featuring a stunning near-seamless glass view and support for Eleven 140mm fans and triple 420+280 radiators simultaneously. Following the same unmistakable purpose design of the NV7, it highlights the system components with the motherboard at its center. Combined with a strong and defining outer frame it captures and accentuates the hardware components.

With a clean design from all sides, the NV9 allows you to place your system freely without the traditionally messy rear side. The glass panels offer a near-seamless view of the inside to further focus on the system components.

  • Near-seamless glass panels for a perfect view of all your system components. Unique layout with the motherboard at the center and fans all around it.
  • Ultra-fine Performance mesh on exterior panels. Immense bottom airflow intake with 65mm clearance. Direct and dedicated GPU cooling from the bottom. Extensive cooling support for triple 420+280 radiators simultaneously for high end cooling performance.
  • Versatile GPU support bracket securely holds GPU to motherboard and prevents sag. Removable side and bottom fan bracket for easy installation. Bottom bracket can be reversed for angled or horizontal position.
  • Integrated D-RGB lighting around motherboard. Dual channel output to allow for dual color effects. 4 output and dual SATA power to expand. Refined D-RGB lighting effects that works without software. Compatible with third party software with included cable.

NV9 case with 420 Aio cooler and 8 140mm fans

Absolutely love my new setup, case is high quality with many thoughtful features. Fans and Aio are easy to setup with onboard controller. Would like to have software from Phanteks to tweak colors but MSI software works (I use SignalRGB for other peripherals).
140mm fans are the best fit for this case, everything stays cool because of the size and amount of fans.
Everything looks clean and well hidden, each set of fans only need 1 wire which can attach on either side with covers to make then look so clean and the are reversable. I highly recommend this setup.

A Fantasic Case for Any Build

I have been on the hunt for months to find a case that fullfills the need/want to place a triple radiator fan on the top part of the case. I also wanted to get a case with more breathing room than all of the cases I’ve tried before. The choice to move from a Corsair 4000D to this was a difficult choice and not without careful consideration. Ultimately the case is more than enough for the cost to support any build design you could ask for. From air cooled to water cooling, this build supports and has future proofing in place to accommodate changes in hardware. For me the biggest win for myself was the spacious display area for my internal parts. The GPU bracket alone was also a major selling point for me as I had what I felt was a kickstand as an afterthought for my GPU. The weight for some may come as a con, but for me it’s a strong testiment to the absolute brute strength and durability of this case.

If you are more of a build enthusiast, or someone that likes having the space to go all out for a build; even if it’s a build in the future I couldn’t recommend this case more. Looking to the future myself I want to dive into water cooling and this case has inlets/outlets machined into the case itself.

The only gripe is more of a self inflicted problem as I move more of my fans to the Corsair QX fan system, is the back panel space for cable management is spacious but depending on the number of drives, cables, additional peripherals; the case becomes hard to close back up. Right now the case has both the iCue link and Commander Pro pressed together, but it will get resolved after I replace the last 4 fans and eliminate the Commander Pro. Overall the case is still spacious and generous at providing seemless cable management.

Great Case

This tower has lots of room for activities, the included manual is easy to follow and gives good information. Used the D30-140mm with the case and it looks and performs amazing. with a little tuning of the fans its near silent. Would highly recommend!

Cons:

- The GPU bracket doesn't go low enough so I couldn't use it.

- You have to remove the DRGB cover and Mainboard DRGB cover to route EPS and motherboard cables, then put them back on if they'll fit (if you get custom cables they're extra thicc... and stiff).

- There is no reason this needed to be DRGB.

- It weighs A LOT.

Pros:

- You can get a workout picking up this case.
